Dispose of garbage in designated areas. You will be oriented to the property on arrival.

Parking
Parking is not included.
The cost is $25 per day.
Guests planning on renting a car will need to notify host prior to arrival to purchase pre-paid permit. This is not refundable.

Facilities and Amenities
• Water Conservation: High-efficiency devices are installed. Guests are encouraged to reuse towels to reduce energy and water usage.
• Electricity Awareness: Please turn off lights and AC when not in use to conserve energy. Electricity is 4.5 times higher than in the US.
• Septic Care: Avoid flushing wipes or other non-biodegradable items.
• Reef Safe Products: Please use reef safe products: sunscreen, bug spray.
No storage of personal items in common areas.
Damage and Cleaning
Report any damages immediately
Excessive cleaning will incur a $250 fee per unit.
Guests responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear
Wildlife and Environment
Do not feed wildlife, including Macaws and Agoutis
Respect plants and landscaping

Visitors may not use common areas without prior approval
Rooftop Pool Rules
Hours of Operation
Open from dawn until 9 PM.
Dusk typically falls between 5:30 - 6:30 PM, depending on the season.
Noise and Respect for Neighbors
After dusk, please keep noise levels low to respect our local community.
Limit music volume and avoid loud activities after dark.
Age Restriction for Safety
Due to a 46 ft drop from the rooftop, guests 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Safety First
No lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
Always exercise caution in the pool area.
Food and Drink
Glass containers are prohibited; please use plastic or metal alternatives for safety.
Place all trash in designated bins.
Pool Etiquette
Appropriate swim attire is required.
No diving, rough play, or running in the pool area.
Avoid sitting on outer edge due to risk of death due to falling.
Anyone who violates this rule will be restricted from further pool use.
Villas de Cisnes is not liable for consequences and/or harm of risky behaviors.
Personal Belongings
Do not leave personal items unattended. The pool area is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
